Cawthorne Cat Hotel – Coronavirus Update: 1st June 2021
We are open
We are fully open and able to board your cats. Please make sure that your travel plans are in accordance with current government rules.
Coronavirus Control Measures
Our building and standard procedures are specifically designed with disease prevention and control in mind, for the protection of the cats who stay with us. This forms an excellent basis for our measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 between employees and visitors. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and added some additional procedures to reduce the risk of spreading the virus at our premises. These include:
-
One one household (maximum 2 people please) are allowed in the building at time. We operate an appointment system. If you are early or late for your appointment you may have to wait in the car park.
-
Customers are required to wear face coverings and use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.
-
All visits must be kept to less than 15 minutes. If you wish to spend additional time in your cat’s room to settle them in we can arrange this.
-
We disinfect all door handles / surfaces touched by customers after each visit.
-
If you have any COVID symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate or self-quarantine, please do not visit our premises.
-
We offer contact free drop offs and collections in our customer car park if you prefer not to come into the building.
